Privacy Policy page in Aviso.ca and Qtrade
Project brief
I demonstrated my ability to create an improved Privacy Policy page that offers users easy access to all relevant information, including a downloadable PDF for the Cookie notice. Moreover, I designed a user-centric landing and Privacy Policy page with eye-catching updates to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for users.

Reflection
This project has been a quite journey for me in terms of delivering the goals and communications. Since privacy policy page is heavily wording content. It was challenging for me to increase more interactions and decrease the bounce rate. Mouseflow and Google analytics allowed me to investigate more about user behaviours. The challenging we had was communication method. Since the requester wasn't part of the channel is called WorkFront which is the common platform for UX team to recognize each projects that assigned to. So I had to notify all the updates to the requester individually when it's necessary. This was inefficient so we figured it out to include her in WorkFront without being fully part of it but whenever there is updates, the system can send her email to view. We had discussion thoughtly and had WorkFront guide session for the requester to be partially part of the channel. This solved the communication issues and everyone in the project was visible what we communicated.
